This is just my opinion and I know it's not a popular one... and feel free to disagree, but I'm at the point of no return with hating this character so no amount of debating me about it will change my mind. Every time I see Lip's smug Sid-From-Ice-Age-Looking face, every time he says or does something in his smart-ass-know-it-all fashion, every time he hooks up with some skank or someone totally out of his league, I hate it so much that I've started to literally skip the parts of Shameless that focus on his "development." If you can even call it that. He's selfish, childish, has a shitty/snarky attitude 24/7 unless he's fucked up or fucking, hardly has any personality or style, and has serious anger issues. I'm sure the actor is a really nice guy, but the character is so unlikable and unrelatable that I cringe and roll my eyes every time he appears on screen. I like mostly all of the other characters, even the ones with shitty qualities. At least they have some redeemable ones. I mean, yeah Lip wouldn't be a Gallagher if he wasn't shitty or whatever, I get that. But like... damn. He's my least favorite character of any series I've ever seen. Hands down the worst.

I've just started playing this game recently and am not sure how valuable some of the raiders or guests (with hospitality mod) are. When I've only got 3 colonists, is it generally a good idea to recruit someone with low stats all around just to fill out the workforce? Obviously I'd like to get people who are good at specific roles that I don't have filled currently, but perhaps the manpower provided by the talentless pawns would be better than waiting for the ideal ones to show up.
I'm guessing this varies from game to game but would like to hear what more experienced people think.

Had to visit the Samsung Experience Store (ses) in December due to my inner screen cracking due to cold weather, of course having a custom spine color my screen had to be ordered. screen came within 2 weeks but my Fold2 had gone haywire. initially every night for about 20 mins my phone would just constantly reset. This would evolve from once a day to every few hours and finally the phone would shut off completely for a day or two at a time. while off it would not charge or restart in any way but would get super hot, my biggest fear was the battery exploding.
Brought the phone to SES after the new year for the screen fix and let them know what happened and how I've not seen anyone with this problem online (the fine people of Reddit) I was told it should be ready by the next day. did not take a loaner, my wife had a spare iPhone I can use for a day and not have to worry about long data transfers. I'm guessing the phone went crazy on them, I was called the next day was told they had to do more work.
SES has called me multiple times a week to:
- keep me updated
- see how I was doing without the phone (for a loaner and to apologize for the wait)
- transparent on everything they replaced or tried, even trying suggestions I made
- offered me a new phone because of the wait (i declined due to the custom hinge)
picked up my new ZFold2 on Sunday to my surprise it wasn't just silver... they gave me a Thom Browne edition and a pair of buds pro for all the trouble at no cost to me at all or usage of my insurance. Never have I ever been treated so well anywhere else. I hope you all have a pleasant experience if you ever have to visit a SES store.

TLDR: Open Due Diligence (ODD) is an infinitely superior distribution method for the average investor compared to the current ways market-related information is distributed to the public. Its proliferation was inevitable, but it was WSB's unique zeitgeist that attracted enough users to cause a network effect, producing an environment highly conducive for generating alpha.
The recent criticisms from financial media outlets and the hypocrisy of the accusations of market manipulation from incumbent Wall Street analysts reek of fear of their own irrelevancy. But why have they come at us specifically? Because we're an easy target, retard. Even still, WSB's unique culture has attracted large numbers of the general public. Our strict diet of gambling, memes, and, of course, ornamental gourds has attracted an abundance of retards with a common motive--Tendies. Regardless of the establishment's underlying motives, the threats of regulations and other nonsense is nothing new.
wallstreetbets is an open forum where participants are free to discuss market-related content, including their current/future trades or predictions. Here, wannabe-professional stonkers are free to create an endless number of posts on why they believe a security may go up or down. We debate and improve upon the DD we see here with better and more accurate research, and with 2mil+ users there is an increasingly larger body of investors able to research the ever growing number of public companies and present their Due Diligence to the forum for discussion.
To be able to use the DD flair, a post must have these characteristics:
- Due Diligence. The research you have done on a specific company/sectotrade idea
- This is a high effort text post. It should include sources and citations.
- It should be a long post and not just a link to a submission.
The subreddit's responses to DD posts generally fall under the following categories:
- Not DD: Post is not DD. They are, in fact, retarded.
- Bad DD: Posted DD that the majority of autists do not believe in, and their reasoning was unsuccessful in swaying general opinion. OP should be prepared for autistic screeching and insults as a response. Most likely a 🌈🐻.
- Good DD: The DD agrees with most user's current positions and a wave of confirmation bias fills the thread. Must contain at least 3 🚀🚀🚀.
- Great DD: Any DD post, good or bad, that has played out. Might not even be a DD post but a high-quality thread in a comment section.
- DFV DD: Any post where OP only responds with Elaine Benes memes. Their portfolio automatically gains $23 million.

I bought GME immediately after learning about the RC board announcement solely because of the insane amount of good DD I had previously read on here. There were countless posts where OP did ridiculously in-depth analysis about the company, the turn-around, the balance sheet. Others came and added in historical context about RC and Chewy that I did not previously know.
I know what I own, so I get excited when it halts so I can start BTFD. Even the retards at CNBC have heard of Peter Lynch (I hope). He was a successful fund manager that has iconic quotes such as:
- “The trick is not to learn to trust your gut feelings, but rather to discipline yourself to ignore them. Stand by your stocks as long as the fundamental story of the company hasn’t changed.”And, my personal favorite,
- “Know what you own, and know why you own it”
- “Big companies have small moves, small companies have big moves.”
- “Moderately fast growers (20 to 25 percent) in nongrowth industries are ideal investments.
- Look for companies with niches.
- When purchasing depressed stocks in troubled companies, seek out the ones with the superior financial positions and avoid the ones with loads of bank debt.
- A lot of money can be made when a troubled company turns around.
- Find a story line to follow as a way of monitoring a company’s progress. • Look for companies that consistently buy back their own shares.”
"Companies that have no debt can’t go bankrupt." And yet, still, all day media shills saying, "REEEEE BLOCKBUSTER" is all they can fucking say, but then we're the retards? What a joke. Although it would make sense, maybe since they're unable to talk about a company literally sucking off the founder of P/E multiples, they assume anyone else doing it is cheating. The only thing WSB is guilty of is arming a generation of investors with the KNOWLEDGE they need to be successful investors, and its able to achieve this through its Open Due Diligence (ODD) platform.
This idea of iterative product improvement is one fundamental to the continued proliferation of the software industry and I believe is also crucial to the continued proliferation of the average investor. The cumulative research of this community and its creation of accurate and multi-faceted DD that allows others to debate and improve upon is an extremely valuable tool for increasing the wealth of all Americans.

How do I even start, never really done one of these. I'm going through pain 😞 I recently cut the friendship with me and my ex. He was my best friend, someone I could lean on and tell him what was on my mind. So much things I wish I could have done differently. I've been in many relationships but this one truly hurt. I showed him who I was, I really loved the guy. I wanted more and he wasn't ready. Life is hard sometimes and I haven't felt this depressed in a long time. Will I get through this?
