2021.01.17 21:08 CompetitiveBuddy3949 Need help deciding on what to buy

So hello
Im going go ski holiday in like 2 weeks and theres no wifi. I will bring my switch with me to play some games since its the easiest way. Now, im willing to spend 70$ on eshop, but the cheaper the better.
Games i have played: Botw, Mario Odyssey, Hollow Knight, smash bros, pokemon lets go and sword shield, tropical freeze.
Im looking at the following games:
Immortals Fenyx Rising: heard it is good and similar to botw. (also the dev team of ac odyssey is behind the game)
Hades: (have watched some stuff and it looks nice)
Fire Emblem three houses: (its on my list for a very long time, it looks really nice and i think i would enjoy it).
Thats all, if u have more games, recommend them in comments.
Have a nice day!

2021.01.17 21:08 volttaire My Current Fragrance Collection - 28M

It's been a while since my last collection post and I've significantly changed up and added to it since then. Not included here are loads and loads of samples.
Collection photo.
From left to right, top to bottom:
Etat Libre d'Orange Fils de Dieu: Creamy sesame with citrus and tea. Smells absolutely amazing, but projects pretty soft throughout. There's a review on Fragrantica that mentions it smells 'like your skin but better', and I totally agree. Quite similar to Memo Kedu.
Maison Francis Kurkjian Gentle Fluidity Silver: I sampled quite a few gin & tonic-type fragrances over the past couple months and eventually settled on this one. I love the addition of coriander to the effervescent juniper accord.
Memo Eau de Memo: My most recent acquisition; this one is a deliciously fresh mix of citrus, black tea, and leather. I have a few other fragrances that tick the citrus and tea boxes, but the addition of leather in this one separates it and makes it more wearable at colder temperatures.
Chris Collins Tokyo Blue: similar to Bleu de Chanel, but with sharp violet leaf that elevates it into more than just a melange of notes that add up to that 'blue' accord.
Maison Francis Kurkjian L'Homme A La Rose: So far this is the only rose-centric fragrance I've loved. I attribute it to the rose here being very green, propped up by woods and aromatics as it dries down.
Fzotic Five: one of the longer lasting citrus scents I've had the joy of wearing; this one is a great mix of sharp, fizzy lemon and rosemary.
Tom Ford Tuscan Leather: Phenomenal dirty leather fragrance balanced out perfectly with fruity raspberry. I've tried many other smell-a-likes such as Ombre Leather, Oud Saphir, or Aoud Leather, but none strike such a nice balance between leather and fruit.
Kilian Straight to Heaven Extreme: I first smelled this in a department store before it was discontinued and found the rum note really overpowering; only after it became discontinued did I realize I applied a bit too much. I managed to find a bottle after smelling the original StH and finding that it has absolutely no projection whatsoever. This is my second favorite fragrance so far; aptly named, it's a heavenly mix of rum, cedar, and dried fruit, and lasts all day.
Louis Vuitton Afternoon Swim: Without doubt my favorite citrus-centric fragrance. It's a linear mandarin-forward citrus medley with pretty decent longevity. Amazing atomizer as well.
Kilian Intoxicated: Slightly too cardamom-sweet for the first half hour, but after that turns into the most amazing mix of cardamom and coffee I've yet to smell. My favorite gourmand by a mile.
Nishane Hacivat: Near the beginning of last year I purchased a full bottle of Aventus, loving it's smell and longevity after sampling it on skin. Unfortunately, my bottle of Aventus didn't have nearly the same staying power as what I had sampled, essentially disappearing after 4 hours. I purchased Hacivat instead after getting tired of the Aventus 'batch inconsistencies'. For me Hacivat is the opening of Aventus extended throughout the duration of the fragrance. It's such an easy fragrance to wear, although really easy to overspray.
Le Labo The Noir 29: I don't really believe in signature scents, but if I had to choose only one scent out of my entire collection it would be this one. An intoxicating mix of fig, tea, and tobacco, this fragrance is so versatile and sexy; I can't get enough of it.
Acqua di Parma Cipresso di Toscana: Really great cypress and aromatic mix. One of my favorite fragrances to wear right after a late night shower. Really fresh and comforting.
Dior Fahrenheit: I love the smell of gasoline so this one was a no-brainer for me. Still relevant after so many years, I adore the mix of violet leaf and leather in this one. Such a great atomizer too.
Guerlain L'Homme Ideal EdT: The opening of this can be a touch too sweet sometimes, but shortly thereafter the almond and citrus mix smells fantastic. I much prefer this to the cherry and incense-dominated EdP.
Vilhelm Parfumerie Dear Polly: Fantastic black ceylon tea fragrance with hints of citrus and green notes. Really nice magnetic cap as well; I share this one with my SO.
Acqua di Parma Fico di Amalfi: Amazingly fresh and juicy burst of fig. While The Noir tends to be better for evening wear, this one is perfect for the daytime. Doesn't last super long but is hard to overspray.
Tiziana Terenzi Kirke: Deliciously juicy fruit salad. The scent is quite strong and my SO says it smells like Victoria's Secret; nevertheless I thoroughly enjoy it from opening to drydown.
Creed Viking: Such a great mix of mint and pepper. Fresh, masculine, lasts forever. Super easy to wear. Will most likely get a full bottle of this as soon as I can find one for a decent price.
My next purchase will either be Olympic Orchids Blackbird, a phenomenal mix of pine and blackberry that immediately transports you to the forest of the PNW, or Etat Libre d'Orange Une Amourette, a fragrance who's notes I can't stand, but they somehow combine to form something so darkly seductive.
If you've made it this far thanks for reading! I'd love your thoughts as well as any fragrances you think I'd enjoy trying!

2021.01.17 21:08 the_dark_weasel [PS5] W: PWCT H: ask

Hello, I an trying to get PWCT for the ring. However, I am SL1 so I cannot get PWCT the traditional way. Idk if this will even work, but I think I figured out a workaround. If someone can summon me at a higher SL in a pvp hotspot, then I believe killing BPs in your world would work. Sorry I know it’s a bit convoluted, but any help would be appreciated.

2021.01.17 21:08 buttlovedude Are people using Effective Microorganisms (EM or EM1)?

I've been reading about this and the science behind it sounds a little "alternative" at times, but it might just be that the people talking about it don't really understand it in a sciency way.
Supposedly this bacterial mixture, when "activated" with molasses and water, makes for a great everything. It's supposed to be good for your plant's production, immune esystem, the soil quality, speeds up any composting of biological material still in your soil. You can easily make liters of this stuff for little money. So pretty much a cheap and easy thing that does LOTS of good, so kind of: sounds too good to be true...
Anybody got experience with the stuff?
