I like going back and looking at a videos I used to watch as a kid.
Looking back I found a lot of stupid shit funny but now I laugh at things that are on the “mature” side of things.
Ig this is mature or immature ... (disclaimer this isn’t my joke I just found it extremely hilarious)
In the Film “The Departed” directed by Martin Scorsese
There’s a scene where “Billy costigan” sit down at a bar and orders a cranberry juice... the next to him hears this and says “It’s a natural diuretic; my gf drinks it when she’s got her period....what is it your period ?”
That’s the joke. This movie came out in 2006 and I’ve been seeing this movie on T.V. Back then.
Now I’m 18... I can finally appreciate small things like that.

2019 I had gotten into a good groove of working out and eating better, I was in pretty decent shape and felt good about myself. Then covid hit and the gyms closed and I haven't really been working out much since.
I am going back to the gym starting Monday and looking for advice on how to avoid severe DOMS. It seems like every time I try to start back up working out I get such severe DOMS that it prevents me from continuing because by the 3rd day I am so incredibly sore it hurts to move.
What do you guys do to help/get back into a consistent routine?

A friend and I are going together for our prom, this was only recently decided so she got her dress way before me. Her's is knee length, sort of fit and flare. Its a light turquoise with white large-ish polka dot pattern on it and the bottom has a thick white trim. Very light and summery. I haven't decided on a dress style or colour yet and I have no idea what would compliment/match this??? I think my skin tone fits better to darker colours rather than pale? Help!!!!
